TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1) Overnight Boarding fee is per 24 hours. If your dog is collected after the 24 hour period has expired on the day of collection, an additional Day Care fee will be applied for one or all of your dogs staying with me at the rate described in the pricing section.

2) A meet and greet appointment must be made before the booking is confirmed.

3) Your dog must be fully vaccinated and be up to date with flea and worming treatment.  The certificate of vaccination must accompany each dog or a copy provided.  Failure to show a valid vaccination card for your dog will prevent them from boarding.

4) All dogs will be walked on the lead.  Written authority must be given for your dog to be walked off the lead.​

5) When dropping off your dog please bring all food and treats for the duration of the stay together with bedding, toys, lead and crate if necessary.

7) Day care - pick up and drop off is between 8am and 6pm (there can be flexibility if previously agreed). Overnight boarding - rates are per 24 hours (or for overnight). If your dog is collected after the 24 hour period, an additional day care fee will be added for each and every one of your dogs staying with me.
